District 1
Jose Calves
José A. Calves is a proud resident of Haddon Township where he lives with his wife Ana, and daughter Melanie. He believes in the importance of being engaged in the community and civic service, volunteering his time by serving on the Haddon Township Joint Zoning and Planning Board, the Board of Directors for the Rowan University Alumni Association, and as the Vice President of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey.
Professionally, José is the Corporate Counsel of Employment for a national automotive aftermarket service company. In that role, he manages the company’s employment litigation and provides day-to-day counseling to internal departmental clients and the senior leadership team. In his prior roles, José worked for several prominent regional law firms in southern New Jersey where he focused his practice on representing public entities and employment law. He also served as a law clerk in the New Jersey Appellate Division. José was admitted to the bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania after graduating from The George Washington University Law School in 2016. He serves as a trustee on the both the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association and was appointed to the local Professional Ethics Committee by the New Jersey Supreme Court in 2024.

Renee F. Bergmann, Esq.
Renee is a business and real estate lawyer who spent 15 years practicing in Philadelphia and NYC, prior to setting up her practice in Haddon Township 10 years ago.
Renee has a J.D. from Rutgers, Camden School of Law (2000), and a BS in Human Services from Thomas Edison State College (1997).

Linda Wray
Linda is a retired Registered Professional Nurse and Rutgers Camden Alumna.

Linda has dedicated her retirement to pursuing her passions, including: Actively championing for nurses, and nursing education, giving back to the Rutgers Camden community, politics, dedicated to remaining in optimal physical and emotional health, supporting youth through academic scholarships and dedication to her faith.
Linda held various roles in the Rutgers Alumni community over the years and remains active with the Alumni Board. She is also a past officer of the Haddon Township Democratic Club.
District 4
John Maguire
John Maguire has been a proud resident of Haddon Township for over 20 years and a dedicated business owner for more than 40 years, As the owner and operator of Mag Concrete LLC, he has extensive experience in residential and commercial concrete work. Additionally, he collaborates with several local plumbing companies for water and sewer line installations and works with a communications and construction company specializing in fiber optics installation and trenching conduits.
John was previously a member of the Collingswood Democrat Club and is now an active and respected member of the Haddon Township Democrat Club. He has held various leadership roles, including serving as a Trustee for six years, Vice President for over 15 years, and currently as President, succeeding the Honorable Frank Monzo.
John dedicated 35 years to public service at the Collingswood Water Department, where he held the position of Water Supply Supervisor, He earned his Certified Public Works Manager (CPWM) degree from Rutgers University and was a long-standing Teamsters Local 830 Shop Steward for over 20 years.
With decades of experience in both business and public service, John remains committed to serving his community with integrity, leadership, and expertise.

Debbie Kendall
Debbie Kendall is a member of the Camden County Democratic Committee, the Camden County Library Commission, and past president of Van Sciver PTA, Haddon Township High School PTA, and Haddon Township Zone PTA.
District 6
John C. Kendall
John was employed by RCA – L3Harris Technologies from 1980 until he retired in January of 2024. John is presently a member of several unions, including SAG-AFTRA, Communication Workers of America IUE Local 81103 and the Southern NJ Central Labor Council. He serves on the Camden County Board of Social Services, Camden County Ethics Board, and has held several significant Rutgers Alumni Association positions, where he remains an active Alumni member and officer. John also presently serves on the Haddon Township Board of Education (1993 to date) and previously held several positions with the Camden County School Boards Association.
